About the Role This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Mount Juliet, TN. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of sophisticated interior design projects. The role includes space planning, developing custom architectural and interior solutions, creating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) appropriate to the project’s vision. Collaboration with clients and team members is essential to ensure designs align with project requirements and the firm’s exceptional standards. Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of sophisticated interior design projects.Space planning and developing custom architectural and interior solutions.Create construction drawings.Select FF&E appropriate to the project’s vision.Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure designs align with project requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience in interior or architectural design, with a strong portfolio of luxury or contemporary projects. Required Skills Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to craft functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.Strong skills in Architecture and producing detailed Construction Drawings for luxury residential projects.Experience with FF&E selection and procurement to align designs with the intended aesthetic and purpose.Exceptional project management, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.Proficient in industry-standard design software and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp). Preferred Skills Experience in luxury residential projects.Strong portfolio showcasing contemporary design work.
