This position is focused on interior architecture and workplace design, requiring a strong technical and design background in built commercial interior project s.The ideal candidate will have experience leading projects from programming through construction administration, developing workplace strategies, and producing high-quality construction documentation for sophisticated office environment s. Responsibilit iesLead commercial workplace interior design projects from programming through construction administrationDevelop space plans, test fits, and design concepts for workplace environmentsGuide design direction and evaluate solutions based on client goals and project requirementsSelect and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and interior systemsProduce and oversee construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and detailed drawingsCoordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams throughout all project phasesSupport strategic project execution while maintaining high standards of design and technical excellenceParticipate in workplace strategy discussions and research emerging industry tre nds Requirem entsMinimum 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design or interior architecture, preferably workplace interiorsStrong experience producing construction documents and detailingProficiency in AutoCAD requiredProficiency in Revit requiredExperience with Revit-based 3D modeling and rendering workflows such as Enscape or similar platformsExperience working on built commercial interior projects, not solely conceptual design workStrong hand sketching and conceptual visualization abilitiesKnowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesignExcellent presentation, communication, and project coordination skillsStrong understanding of workplace planning and commercial interior detai ling Preferred Qualifica tionsExperience developing workplace strategies for corporate clientsFamiliarity with hybrid workplace planning, utilization trends, and activity-based work environmentsInterest in researching emerging workplace trends and best practicesLEED AP and/or WELL AP accreditation pref erred
