Senior Interior Designer – Residential & Construction Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer who thrives in full-service projects, from new construction and remodels to furnishings and finishing details. This role is ideal for someone who loves both creativity and execution and enjoys guiding clients through large-scale projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities Lead residential design projects including new construction, remodels, and furnishing projectsCollaborate with builders, architects, contractors, and homeownersSpace planning, selections, finish schedules, furniture layouts, and specificationsCreate cohesive designs balancing beauty, function, and budgetManage multiple projects and timelinesConduct client meetings and presentationsSource products, materials, furnishings, and finishesBuild strong relationships and create an exceptional client experienceGenerate project opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships Qualifications You may be a fit if you: Have experience with residential construction or large-scale interior design projectsUnderstand floorplans, elevations, materials, and specificationsAre confident communicating with builders and contractorsCan manage details while seeing the bigger pictureHave strong organization and follow-throughAre self-motivated and comfortable owning projects independentlyEnjoy both technical work and client relationshipsBelieve design should feel enjoyable—not intimidatingBonus Experience: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Chief Architect, Revit, or similarConstruction documentationCabinetry, finish selections, lighting plansFurniture specificationLuxury residential experience Additional Information Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay structure based on experience with opportunity for bonuses/commission.Benefits like company paid health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and more.
