Senior Project Designer – Design Build Construction Must understand all phases of construction and all construction elements Evolution General Contracting is a growing, women-owned design-build firm on Long Island looking for a Senior Project Designer to join our team. We are a fast-paced, high-volume company looking for someone who can manage a team, communicate well with clients, work quickly, and help bring projects from concept to construction. Responsibilities Manage TeamMeet with clients to help source and select finish materialsOversee 3D renderings and design conceptsCheck and approve layouts and design plans for each project Oversee with project design and space planningWork closely with the construction team to ensure designs are practical and buildableCommunicate clearly with clients and team members throughout the design processRequirements Experience helping clients select finishes and materialsFamiliarity with Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/rendering platformsUnderstanding of construction and renovationStrong communication and people skillsAbility to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentOrganized and able to manage people and project simultaneously About Us Evolution General Contracting is an extremely busy, rapidly growing women-owned design-build firm.
