Senior Interior Design Sales Specialist

Job Description: As a Senior Interior Design Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by providing exceptional interior design and product selection advice. You will utilize your expertise to facilitate tile and stone selection, project development, and follow-up to ensure the completion of selection/sales for all customers. Responsibilities include: • Provide interior design advice and product expertise to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions. • Facilitate tile and stone selection, project development, and follow-up to meet customer needs. • Prospect for new business with a focus on Custom Builders and Residential Designers. • Maintain showroom samples and merchandising, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining models and displays. • Plan and host showroom tours and events to drive customer sales. Requirements: • Four-year degree in a related field or four years of related experience. • Competencies in Sales/Customer engagement, Design/sketching, Auto-CAD, Color coordination, Interior design trends, Customer buying habits, Creative thinking. • Excellent oral, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
