Stratus designs spaces that work, last, and make an impact. The Role We are seeking a Senior Interior Architect / Design Lead to join our multidisciplinary architecture and engineering practice. This role is central to delivering integrated, human-centered environments that align brand, operations, and long-term adaptability. Unlike traditional roles that separate programming, design, and documentation, this position leads projects end-to-end—from early visioning and space strategy through construction implementation—while mentoring teams and contributing to business development.
