Senior and Junior Interior Designers

Interior Designer Senior / Junior Experienced interior designers needed. We are growing quickly and are seeking vibrant, creative additions to our team! We are currently seeking experienced, talented Interior Designers for a full-time, in-office position. Our firm specializes in creative and inspiring high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and has the skills and drive to take ownership of projects from concept to completion. Applicants should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to work on a variety of projects under the direction of the principal designer. Experience: Senior: minimum 5 years relevant and first-rate experienceJunior: 1-3 years relevant and first-rate experience We are located in South Brooklyn, convenient to the F & N subway lines. Professional schooling and degree a must! REQUIREMENTS: - Strong educational background, preferably BA in Interior Design - Auto Cad proficiency - Interior Design software knowledge (i.e. Studio Designer or Design Manager) - Responsible for projects from inception to completion - Experience with high-end budgets - Ability to manage different client projects simultaneously and orient oneself to new projects quickly DUTIES TO INCLUDE: - Project management - Space planning, drafting, furniture design, etc - AutoCad drafting, etc - Presentations - Working with architects - Communication with vendors, fabricators, contractors, etc - Job site visits - Working on multiple projects - Placing orders and following up on those orders - Selection/sourcing materials, fabrics, furniture, lighting, artwork, etc - Direct communication with clients Pleasant work atmosphere & conditions Salary commensurate with experience We are located in South Brooklyn, convenient to the F & N subway lines.
