Sales/Interior Designer/Decorator

Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budgets, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions. Develop detailed design concepts using 2020 Design software to create compelling presentations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met. Prepare accurate proposals, contracts, and budgets while maintaining transparency and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits for renovation, remodeling, installation, and construction projects to oversee progress and ensure design integrity. Stay current on industry trends in interior design, color theory, lighting design, and construction techniques to bring innovative ideas to clients. Skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively. Knowledge of CAD drafting standards, color theory principles, and interior design best practices. Experience in contracts management, budgeting, renovation processes, remodeling projects, and construction oversight. Excellent sales skills with a proven track record in sales and interior décor sales. Familiarity with design principles and the ability to recommend suitable solutions for various environments.
