Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. As a Sales/Designer, you will engage directly with clients to develop custom designs tailored to their storage and organizational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-home or virtual consultations, creating design plans, providing expert product recommendations, and driving sales through exceptional customer service. Collaboration with clients and the internal production team will be essential to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure satisfactionExperience in Interior Design, including knowledge of design principles and spatial planning is a plusProven Sales skills, with the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutionsProficiency in design tools or software is a plusAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail is crucialPrior experience in home improvement, retail, or a related field is beneficial but not required
