Sales Support / Design Intern

Mona & Associates Design is a women-owned multidisciplinary studio in Winston-Salem, NC specializing in biophilic design, interior architecture, and wellness environments. Our signature product line, Living Aura™, features handcrafted preserved moss and botanical art, and installations for residential and commercial clients. We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated intern to support our growing business across sales, social media, design, and events. Role Areas Sales & Client Support Showroom/studio presence, inventory and display upkeep, customer service, and event setup/breakdown. Social Media & Content Manage posting schedules, write blog drafts, keyword research, strategy, and create visual content. E-Commerce & Web Add products, images, and descriptions to the online store; create promotions and support email campaigns. Design & Project Support Site visit assistance, measurements, 3D rendering support, document templates, and scheduling. Exhibitions / Installations / Workshops Assist with prep, setup, installation materials, and sourcing new event opportunities. Maintain store aesthetics by cleaning, stocking, organizing and following merchandising plans. Interest in design and willingness to support basic design-related tasks, such as preparing visual materials and organizing samples.Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with design software is a plus.Ability to work on-site full time in Winston-Salem, NC, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and timelines.Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in design, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
