About this role

Job description: Process Home is a growing interior design studio and showroom specializing in custom furniture, upholstery, and residential projects. We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our showroom team and convert a steady stream of inbound client inquiries into high-quality design projects. This is a player-coach role, combining team leadership with direct client engagement. What You’ll Do Lead and coach a small sales team Manage and convert inbound leads across showroom, web, and social channelsWork directly with clients on high-value projectsSeek custom furniture business from design agenciesImprove sales processes, tracking, and conversion ratesOversee showroom experience and daily operations What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a design, interiors, luxury or high-touch client environmentProven experience leading and managing a teamStrong track record of managing a sales pipeline and driving revenue performanceAbility to balance leadership responsibilities with client engagement Compensation: This role offers a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 annually and is eligible for a 30% annual commission target based on sales performance.
