This role is responsible for delivering stores from lease handoff through opening, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong vendor relationships, solving challenges in real time, and driving successful store openings. Retail Development and Construction Project Manager - Key Impact Areas Project Planning & Delivery Budget & Cost Management Vendor & Contractor Management Construction Execution & Quality Control Permitting & Compliance Project Coordination & Communication Qualifications 7+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or store developmentProven experience managing multiple retail or hospitality build-outs from lease handoff to openingExperience managing full lifecycle retail or hospitality build-outsExperience sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors and contractorsProficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and build processesProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyStrong project management skills with the ability to drive timelines and resolve issues in real timeDeep understanding of construction processes, permitting, and municipal requirementsStrong budget management experience, including capex tracking, invoice management, and cost controlAbility to execute against a high design standard and recognize when execution deviates from approved plansWillingness to travel frequently to project sitesWhy This Opportunity?
