We are seeking an experienced, polished Retail and Operations Manager to oversee daily operations while delivering an elevated customer experience. Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day store operationsBuild meaningful relationships with clients and provide exceptional serviceMaintain impeccable visual merchandising throughout the storeManage inventory, receiving, pricing, and merchandisingCoordinate e-commerce fulfillment and customer ordersAssist with buying and seasonal product launchesDevelop and execute in-store merchandising plansSupport marketing initiatives and social media content creationHire, train, and motivate team membersAnalyze sales and identify opportunities to improve performanceMaintain Blu Home’s elevated brand standardsQualifications 3+ years of retail management experienceStrong visual merchandising skillsExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesPassion for interior design, home furnishings, fashion, or luxury retailExperience with Shopify or similar POS systems preferredSelf-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environmentSocial Media Knowledge and content creation Why Blu Home?
