Working closely with discerning clients, architects, consultants, artisans, and builders, the studio leads complex residential renovations from concept through installation. Every project is deeply customized—from intricate millwork and bespoke furnishings to detailed construction documentation and seamless execution. Their work is rooted in timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and creating homes that authentically reflect the people who live in them. Working directly alongside Francis, you'll help lead sophisticated projects from concept through installation while bringing structure, momentum, and technical expertise to every stage of the design process. Your days will be varied—balancing design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, construction administration, client interaction, job site visits, and problem-solving. We're seeking a designer with 5–10 years of luxury residential experience, who has successfully led complex projects and possesses an exceptional technical foundation. While experience is important, we're ultimately more interested in the depth of your expertise, your mindset, and your ability to independently move projects forward.
