Those with sales experience may move through the training process faster and develpe their sales career quicker. Responsibilities: • Assist customers in selecting flooring and window treatments that meet their needs and preferences. • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. • Learn and stay updated on the latest products and trends in the flooring industry. • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals. Qualifications: • Passion for interior design and a desire to learn. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. • No prior sales experience required – we will train you!
