Residential Design Consultant — Flooring & Surfaces

Floor & Decor is seeking a design consultant in Reno to greet customers, schedule design appointments, and offer expert advice on tile, wood, stone, and accessories for residential and commercial projects. You will design and sell complete solutions while building client relationships and guiding projects from inquiry to installation. The role requires at least 1 year of interior design or retail/sales experience, and a design degree is a plus.
