We are seeking an Architecture Project Manager who can lead projects from concept through construction with confidence, organization, and strong communication.
Role Overview
The Architecture Project Manager oversees day‑to‑day project execution, client communication, consultant coordination, schedules, budgets, and quality control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment and enjoys balancing creative problem‑solving with disciplined project management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration
Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and internal workflows
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities
Review drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and constructability
Prepare and manage project budgets, proposals, and change orders
Oversee internal team assignments and ensure deadlines are met
Conduct site visits, field reports, punch lists, and progress documentation
Maintain organized project documentation and communication logsSupport quality assurance and quality control processes
Ensure compliance with multi‑state jurisdictional requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
5+ years of architectural project management experience
Strong understanding of building codes, permitting, and construction processes
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
Preferred Qualifications
Architectural licensure (or active pursuit)
Experience with interiors‑heavy or mixed‑use projects
Familiarity with multi‑state permitting workflows
Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
Experience in small‑firm environments
