Project Manager / Office Manager – Construction & Interior Design

About Us Tailor Home Design is a high-end home renovation and interior design company specializing in luxury residential remodeling throughout South Florida. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Project Manager / Office Manager to join our team at our Brickell office. Responsibilities Manage multiple residential renovation and interior design projects from start to completion. Coordinate daily operations between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel. Supervise employees and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, purchase orders, and material deliveries. Handle permitting processes, inspections, and project approvals with the City of Miami and City of Miami Beach. Communicate with clients, architects, designers, inspectors, and building management. Manage office operations, contracts, project documentation, insurance certificates, invoices, and administrative tasks. Assist with project budgeting, job costing, and financial tracking. Maintain accurate project records and ensure smooth office workflow. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management and office management. Proven experience managing permitting with the City of Miami and City of Miami Beach. Strong experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and construction crews. Experience supervising employees and coordinating multiple ongoing projects. Proficiency with QuickBooks, including creating estimates, invoices, purchase orders, tracking expenses, and basic job costing. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail with excellent time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience with luxury residential renovations. Bilingual (English & Spanish). Italian is a plus.
