Job Description Lead and manage interior construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. - Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Oversee final inspections and project handovers. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager-Interiors should have: Minimum 7 yrs of expereince managing interior construction projects within the property industry. Leadership experience as they will be managing the superintendent on site Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes within Philadelphia.
