Role Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior, tenant fit-out, and retail construction projects from sales support/pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a small team environment and is motivated to grow as our company continues to expand. Typical Responsibilities include: Manage multiple projects from planning through completionAssist with pre-sale/preconstruction as neededDevelop, track, and control project schedules, budgets, and costsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teamsLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholdersReview and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittalsEnsure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable building codesIdentify project risks and implement proactive solutionsPrepare and present regular project status reportsAssist with Site Supervision and coordination of daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution as required.Build and manage subcontractor relationships for successful project delivery in new regionsContribute to process improvements and operational best practices Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial constructionPMP (Project Management Professional) certification requiredDemonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and cost controlsExperience with Construction Online or comparable construction project management systems (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Autodesk Construction Cloud)Proficiency with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $95,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience) plus bonus packageCompany Vehicle or Vehicle StipendPerformance-based bonus tied to project and company performanceHealth benefits, paid time off, and paid holidaysSmall supportive team that cares, growth-oriented company cultureFlexible Scheduling401(k) Retirement planPaid time offDental InsuranceVision insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurance accessState-mandated benefits
