We work across a diverse range of project types including civic, commercial, education, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and custom residential. If you're looking for a place where you can make meaningful decisions, build lasting client relationships, and continue growing as both an architect and a leader, we'd love to meet you.   What You'll Do As a Project Architect, you'll play a key role in leading projects from concept through construction while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and our internal team. Responsibilities include: Lead projects and work on project teams through all phases of design and construction.Coordinate consultants and technical documentation.Mentor and support younger staff members.Collaborate directly with clients and help build long-term relationships.Produce thoughtful, coordinated construction documents in Revit.Solve complex technical and design challenges.Help strengthen HK's technical standards, culture, and project delivery.We aren't looking for someone to simply produce drawings, we're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping others succeed.   What We're Looking For The people who thrive at HK are curious, dependable, collaborative, and eager to take initiative.
