Product Designer for Internal Tools

Owning the end-to-end design process for internal tools, the full-time Product Designer for Internal Tools will work remotely to enhance developer productivity and collaboration by partnering with engineering and product teams, conducting user research, and contributing to a consistent design language. Key responsibilities Manage the design of a portfolio of internal tools from discovery through implementation Collaborate with engineering and product managers to define requirements and create usable design solutions Conduct research and usability sessions with internal users to validate design decisions and identify unmet needs Required qualifications 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual craft Experience designing tools for complex or data-heavy workflows, such as internal or developer tools Ability to lead the full design process, from discovery to prototyping and implementation Strong systems thinker with a focus on patterns and reusable components Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
