Part-Time Staging Assisstant

Refresh Denver Home Staging & Design is looking for a creative, energetic Design Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for interiors, styling, visual merchandising, or home staging who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on work environment. We’re looking for someone who can walk into a space and understand what it needs—someone who notices scale, balance, color, texture, and the little details that make a room feel finished. This is not a desk job. Our days are varied and may include styling beautiful homes, selecting furniture and accessories, preparing for installations, organizing inventory, packing and unpacking décor, and helping our team bring a design vision to life. What you’ll be doing: Assist with home staging and interior styling installations Help select and coordinate furniture, artwork, lighting, rugs, and accessories Style and accessorize rooms for photography and real estate listings Assist with pulling, packing, loading, installing, and returning staging inventory Keep furniture, accessories, and warehouse inventory organized and presentation-ready Work alongside our design and staging team on projects throughout the Denver metro area Help with the many creative, hands-on details that go into transforming a home We’re looking for someone who: Has previous experience or education in interior design, home staging, visual merchandising, retail display, or a related creative field Has a strong visual eye and natural sense of style Is reliable, organized, positive, and comfortable working as part of a team Can take direction while also showing initiative Enjoys a job where every day and every project is different Is comfortable with physical, hands-on work and can safely lift 35–40 lbs Has reliable transportation Has a flexible schedule and can work approximately 20–30 hours per week, M-F morning - early afternoon About Refresh Denver Refresh Denver Home Staging & Design is an established Denver-based home staging and interior design company.
