Part-Time Interior Design Studio Manager

Mary Best Designs is seeking a design minded, highly organized, detail-oriented Studio Manager to help keep our boutique design studio running smoothly. This part-time role supports the principal designer in managing daily operations, client communications, and project coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, vendors, and trades. Key Responsibilities • Assisting with ordering, tracking orders, and resolving damage claims with vendors • Assisting with preparing client estimates and processing client invoices • General administrative support including coordinating with the bookkeeper, builders, contractors and trade professionals • Comfortable managing all facets of the work, including the behind-the-scenes tasks like unpacking packages, managing sample library, assisting and supporting photo shoots, and making returns. • Greeting and assisting walk-in clients during open showroom hours Skills & Qualifications • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Professional, clear, and friendly communication style. • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. • Proficient with common office and project management software. • Strong problem solving skills, ability to stay on schedule, and ability to anticipate next steps • Must be local to Milwaukee area and have own car for errands and site visits
