Part-Time Home Staging Assistant

Duties Assist with the setup, arrangement, and styling of furniture, décor, and accessories in residential properties to enhance visual appeal. Once the furniture is delivered by our efficient moving team, you will support the staging team in moving furniture and decorative items safely and efficiently. Help prepare the stages ahead of time from our 5,000 sq ft warehouse under supervision for space planning and layout visualization. Maintain inventory of staging items, including furniture, artwork, lighting fixtures, and accessories. Collaborate with the team to ensure all staging projects adhere to client specifications and deadlines. Contribute to site inspections, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and ready for showings or photoshoots. Support project management activities by tracking schedules, budgets, and materials needed for each staging project as needed. Participate in client consultations when needed, providing input on color schemes and interior design concepts based on color theory principles. Experience Prior experience or coursework in interior design, architecture drafting, or related fields is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients effectively. Ability to lift moderate weights regularly ( no more than 40lbs) and stand for extended periods during setup or teardown activities. A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
