Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Austin, TX. The Interior Designer will be responsible for collaborating with clients and team members to develop interior design concepts, create and review space plans, and select fixtures/finish outs. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to maximize functionality and aesthetics within custom home projectsUnderstanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings to ensure seamless integration of interior design with structural plansStrong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple design elements and timelines effectivelyExcellent communication and collaboration abilities to work directly with clients and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plusDegree in Interior Design or a related field preferred
