This role involves working directly with customers to create custom kitchen and bath designs that reflect their preferences and needs. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in design, strong customer service skills, and experience in sales, along with a proficient understanding of cabinetry materials and functionality. A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is also acceptable.
