We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Manager to join our fast growing family-owned window treatment business. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring seamless professional communication between the Sales, Production, Install teams, clients and vendors. Must be able to work independently, with good problem solving and Multi-tasking skills.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: years of office management, administrative, or customer service experience, ideally in the home improvement or design industry.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and CRM or scheduling software. Training wil be needed on industry specific software.
Organization: Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; must be detail-oriented since accuracy is vital in our industry.
Interpersonal Skills: Professional grammar, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a small business environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Scheduling & Logistics.
Inter-team communications using industry specific software.
Communication and coordination with Clients, vendors and department teams within our company.
Administration & Billing.
Oversee AR and AP.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: Depending on experience, Base pay plus bonus (reflective of bottom line)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, with a Flexible start time from 730am to 9 AM
