Summary Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele in the Gallery by consulting on high-end home furnishings and design solutions. Collaborate with Interior Design to qualify, educate and support clients, owning the client experience from first contact through product delivery while building and maintaining a strong client base to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Deliver an elevated, product-expert experience for luxury clientele on the gallery floorQualify and educate potential clients on Interior Design services and solutionsManage all phases of the client relationship from initial contact to deliveryGrow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are metRepresent the brand through professional communication, appearance and serviceSupport visual and quality standards within the GalleryRequirements Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferredBackground or relevant experience in Art, Architecture or Interior Design preferredStrong relationship skills, strategic agility, organization and results orientationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applicationsAbility to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around the gallery and stock room; ability to travel locally
