Are you a talented designer who knows how to connect with clients and close the deal? We’re looking for an experienced Closet Designer / Design Consultant to join our growing team and help homeowners transform their spaces into beautiful, functional, custom storage solutions. This is more than a design position — it’s a design + sales role. You’ll meet with homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, create customized closet solutions, and confidently guide them from the initial consultation through the sale and installation process. After successfully completing training, the position transitions to a 100% commission-based compensation structure, providing significant earning potential for high-performing designers.
