About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Cabinetry Designer to develop bespoke high-end cabinetry solutions for single-family or multi-family residential, and hospitality applications. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibility with technical expertise, an understanding of premium materials and hardware, and the ability to translate architectural concepts into highly resolved cabinetry. Working across kitchens, wardrobes, dressing rooms, vanities, media units, libraries, and other bespoke millwork, the designer will collaborate closely with clients, architects, interior designers and project managers to deliver solutions that meet high standards of design, craftsmanship, functionality, and execution. The role is suited to someone with an appreciation for contemporary design, architectural detailing, materiality, proportion, and precision, and who is comfortable working within the standards expected of luxury brands Key Responsibilities · Develop sophisticated cabinetry concepts based on architectural plans, interior design concepts, and client requirements. · Design kitchens, wardrobes, dressing rooms, vanities, libraries, entertainment units, storage systems, and other bespoke millwork. · Translate design concepts into technically viable cabinetry solutions while maintaining a strong focus on aesthetics and proportion. · Produce detailed 2D drawings, elevations, sections, plans, and construction details. · Develop accurate cabinetry layouts, internal configurations, dimensions, hardware specifications, and material selections. · Prepare high-quality 3D models, renderings, mood boards, material boards, and client presentations. · Demonstrate strong knowledge of premium cabinetry materials, hardware, drawer systems, lighting integration, and internal accessories. · Coordinate cabinetry with architecture, flooring, ceilings, lighting, plumbing, electrical services, appliances, and other interior elements. · Review shop drawings, prototypes, samples, and technical submissions. · Conduct design reviews and resolve technical issues throughout the project. · Attend site visits and coordinate with contractors, installers, and project teams where required. · Prepare quotations, specifications, schedules, and material documentation in coordination with project managers. · Present design proposals confidently to private clients, architects, interior designers, and developers. · Maintain a high level of awareness of contemporary luxury interiors, European cabinetry systems, materials, hardware, and design trends. · Ensure all design work reflects the company's standards for quality, craftsmanship, functionality, and visual refinement. · Ability to collaborate effectively with a geographically distributed team, coordinating across multiple time zones and maintaining clear communication, responsiveness, and project continuity. Required Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or a related discipline. · 3–7+ years of relevant professional experience in designing luxury kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, bespoke furniture, interior architecture, or high-end residential interiors. · Demonstrated experience working on high-end residential or hospitality projects. · Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, materials, joinery, hardware, and manufacturing processes. · Excellent spatial planning and interior detailing skills. · Strong knowledge of dimensions, ergonomics, clearances, and functional requirements for kitchens and storage systems. · Proficiency in relevant design software such as: o AutoCAD o SketchUp / 3D modelling software o Revit o Rhino · Strong presentation and visual communication skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and client requirements simultaneously. · Strong written and verbal communication skills.
