Position Overview CalCo Design & Renovation is expanding our window and door division and looking for an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer. In this role, you will be the primary on-site lead responsible for managing residential installation projects, ensuring precise craftsmanship, and delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish. We specialize in high-performance replacement products and are looking for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in clean, accurate work, can lead a crew efficiently, and maintains our high standards for quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Lead the complete, professional installation of replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and related trim work in residential homes.On-Site Leadership: Direct and mentor junior installers and crew members, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to company specifications.Measurement & Verification: Verify all product measurements and order specifications prior to starting installation to prevent field errors.Quality Control: Inspect all completed work to ensure proper flashing, insulation, leveling, sealing, and operation. Troubleshoot and resolve any unexpected on-site structural or fitting challenges.Client Relations: Act as the face of CalCo on the job site. Maintain a clean, organized work area, protect the homeowner's property, and communicate professionally with clients regarding the daily installation process.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols on every job site.Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated residential window and door installation experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or foreman role.Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of pocket and full-frame replacement techniques, proper flashing, waterproofing details, insulation methods, and interior/exterior trim finishing.Product Knowledge: Familiarity with high-performance vinyl, wood, and fiberglass window and door systems.Tools & Transport: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to travel throughout our Pennsylvania service territory.
