Lead Mover

Role Description The Lead Mover is an on-site role based in and around Boston, MA, supporting the setup and breakdown of home staging projects. This role is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading furniture and décor, organizing items in staging areas, and placing pieces according to the staging plan. The Lead Mover works closely with the staging team to ensure each property is prepared on schedule, with all items handled carefully and efficiently. Daily tasks include moving and assembling furniture, maintaining a clean work environment, performing basic inventory checks, and communicating any damage or safety concerns. The intern will also assist in coordinating move logistics, following company procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in staging operations. Qualifications Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering furniture and décor safely.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple moves and staging schedules.Attention to detail and basic aesthetic sense to support accurate placement of furniture and accessories.Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with staging designers and team members.Reliable transportation to Grafton, MA, and flexibility to work varying schedules based on project needs.Comfort with following safety protocols, handling equipment, and caring for inventory to minimize damage.Prior moving, warehouse, event setup, or home staging experience is helpful but not required.Professional, respectful conduct in client properties and the ability to represent the company positively on-site.
