We are looking for a passionate Lead Interior Designer to oversee the design process for hospitality-focused projects across all phases. Based in our Las Vegas office, this role demands a robust design vision, technical acumen, and the ability to guide teams in delivering innovative and high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the interior design process for small to medium-scale hospitality and gaming projects from concept to construction administration.Create strong design concepts, 3D models, and engaging presentations for client reviews.Present design concepts to clients and act as the primary liaison between the client and project team.Manage the selection and specifications of finishes, lighting, and furniture, including coordination of FF&E procurement.Review shop drawings, submittals, and material samples to ensure alignment with design intent.Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless technical and design integration.Incorporate regenerative and sustainable design approaches to elevate the built, social, and natural environments.Mentor junior designers through guidance, constructive feedback, and thoughtful delegation of tasks.Oversee the preparation of accurate, code-compliant interior documentation that fulfills contract requirements.Participate in construction administration, including site visits and design verification.Support project pursuits by preparing proposal content and engaging in client interviews.Assist in developing and maintaining the interiors resource library.Qualifications:
Certification, registration, or licensure as an Interior Designer is highly preferred; candidates without a license may be considered for the Project Interior Designer title.4-8 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality and gaming preferred.A compelling portfolio showcasing hospitality design projects, 3D modeling, and presentation skills.Experience with shop drawings, submittals, FF&E specifications, and design documentation.Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities, with confidence in presenting to groups.Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.Strong skills in 3D modeling and visualization using tools such as Enscape and Lumion.Preferred experience with DesignSpec software for specification writing and review.Working knowledge of building codes and permitting processes relevant to interior projects.A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Compensation: The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on location, accreditation, experience, and responsibilities.
