At Main Street, the choices are yours, and the options are endless. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Designer-Sales professional based at our Sarasota, FL location. In this role, you will assist clients in designing custom kitchen and bath spaces, provide expert advice on cabinetry options, and guide them throughout their renovation or new construction projects. Your daily responsibilities will include creating design layouts, preparing proposals, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering superior customer service. Qualifications Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design and an understanding of cabinetry solutionsStrong Customer Service skills and the ability to effectively address client needsExceptional Communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with clients and team membersProven Sales abilities, including meeting targets and closing dealsA keen eye for design and detail, with knowledge of industry trendsExperience with design software such as 2020 Design or equivalent is a mustBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
