Kitchen & Bath Designer (2020 Design Software) About UR Cabinets UR Cabinets is a growing cabinet dealership located in Plant City, Florida. We provide builder-grade, semi-custom, and custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. We work with over 36 cabinet manufacturers and help clients bring their dream kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, offices, and other spaces to life through professional design, product selection, and project guidance. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer who is proficient in 2020 Design software and enjoys working directly with clients. This role combines design, sales, and customer service. You will create cabinet layouts, develop 3D renderings, prepare presentations, and guide customers through the design and selection process. The ideal candidate is confident using multiple manufacturer catalogs within 2020 Design, understands cabinetry and space planning, and can communicate design solutions clearly to clients. Responsibilities Design kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and other cabinetry projects using 2020 Design softwareCreate professional 3D renderings and presentations for clientsWork with a variety of cabinet manufacturer catalogs and maintain catalog updatesMeet with customers to understand project goals, budgets, and design preferencesPresent design concepts and product selectionsPrepare estimates and assist in closing salesCommunicate with customers throughout the design processSave and organize project files using Google DriveUtilize Gmail and other Google Workspace tools for communication and project managementCollaborate with the sales and project management team Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the paid version of 2020 Design softwareExperience working with cabinet manufacturer catalogs within 2020Ability to create professional client presentations using PowerPointExperience using Gmail and Google DriveStrong understanding of cabinet design, space planning, fillers, blind corners, appliance layouts, and cabinet constructionExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentSales experience is a plus What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethicAttention to detailProfessional communication skillsAbility to build relationships with customersDesire to grow with a fast-paced and expanding company If you're passionate about cabinetry, design, and helping customers create beautiful spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
