Kitchen and Bath Designer

Who are We? Wayne’s Home is expanding its high quality services to include Kitchen&Bath Design/Renovations. We partnered with USA Cabinet Store, the leading kitchen and bathroom renovation store, to be one of the17 locations nationwide. We are looking for energetic, engaging, team member with a positive attitude applicants who are either an expert or eager to learn about Kitchen&Bath products, design and sales. Qualifications: -At least three year of Sales experience -Custom cabinetry design & 2020 Catalog Design experience is a huge plus, but not required (Training will be provided) -Must understand basic construction processes and know how to read construction drawings -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills -Excellent time management and organizational skills -Must bring a positive attitude and be a team player Requirements -Energetic, self-motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills, bilingual preferred. -Positive and engaging personality, inspiring the guest to purchase. -Ability to work independently, in a dynamic environment, with minimal supervision. -Ability to work flexible schedules; including evenings, weekends and holidays. -Fashion and Style oriented. Able to address and guide customer needs. -Presenting yourself in a way that represents the brand positively -Designer must be able to create unique, functional and beautiful kitchen and bath designs for our clients. -Creative designer to produce kitchens & baths using 20-20 design software (training will be provided if necessary). Compose unique, functional and inspiring design packages, quotes & proposals for our clients. -Designer is required to sell cabinetry, countertops and hardware. -Must be prepared to learn all you can about the remodeling industry as it relates to kitchen and bath remodeling. -Must understand the importance of building relationships with clients, team members and partners. -Proficient multi-tasker and be hands-on working with clients, contractors and other team members in the showroom and in the field. -Focus on client and client experience through the entire kitchen or bath remodel experience.
