Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mechanicsburg, PA, for a Kitchen and Bath Designer. The designer will work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences, create custom kitchen and bath designs, and ensure projects align with their aesthetic and functional vision. Responsibilities include kitchen and bath design, advising on cabinetry selection, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales efforts by guiding customers through the design and purchasing process. Qualifications Expertise in Kitchen & Bath Design with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionalitySuperior Customer Service and Communication skills to understand and fulfill client needsExperience in Sales with the ability to guide customers through the decision-making processProficiency in Cabinetry knowledge, including materials, finishes, and functionalityStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with CAD or design software is a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Interior Design or a related field preferredAbility to collaborate with team members and adapt to feedback
