Kitchen and Bath Designer

IMMEDIATE OPENING- We are seeking a Kitchen and Bath Sales Designer located in our Bozeman location. The “perfect fit” has a passion for providing exceptional customer service, impeccable organizational skills, project management proficiency, motivated by designing the finest kitchens / bathrooms, and wants to be a part of a strong team. We’re different because of our ability to provide an organized, streamlined and seamless process to guide our projects from initial phases of design to completion. Compensation is driven by a base salary, monthly commissions, and quarterly/annual bonuses. Additionally, we offer paid time off (vacation) observe major holidays, and mileage reimbursement for site visits. What we need: · Four years of kitchen design and sales experience · Three years of retail experience · Four years of cabinetry experience · Creative with an eye for design · Ability to anticipate and problem solve · Strong proficiency with 2020 design software and AutoCAD/REVIT · Client friendly and outcome orientated selling and closing skills · Experience designing in all design styles - transitional, traditional and contemporary designs · Ability to handle multiple simultaneous, time sensitive projects with a positive attitude What you will receive: · A strong emphasis on team and winning together. · Our compensation package includes: guaranteed base salary, monthly commissions, along with bonus’ and incentives.
