We are seeking a skilled and creative Kitchen/Bath Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing beautiful and functional kitchens, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Kitchen/Bath Designer, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your design skills to create a kitchen that meets their expectations. Duties Meeting with clients and taking a project from initial design phase through completionDesigning floor plans and elevations using 2020 Design softwareField measuring at client's homeCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen designCreate detailed kitchen layouts and designs using specialized softwarePresent design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedbackProvide product demonstrations and recommendations for kitchen fixtures, appliances, and materialsWork closely with the management team to ensure accurate pricing and ordering of materials Qualifications Proven experience in kitchen design and remodelingProficiency in 2020 Design Software, CAD software, Sketchup, and other relevant design toolsStrong understanding of kitchen and bath design principles, including layout, functionality, and aestheticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with retail sales and cash handlingKnowledge of retail math and POS systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spacesA commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients Benefits 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance Experience 2020 Design: 3 years (Required)Cabinetry: 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute Jacksonville, FL 32216 (Required) Ability to Relocate Jacksonville, FL 32216: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location In person (Full-time)
