Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer $22.00/hour + Commission | Full-Time | Fort Myers, FL Entry-level and experienced candidates encouraged to apply. We're looking for a Designer with strong computer, customer service, and organizational skills who wants to build a career in kitchen and bath design. This is an in-person role combining CAD design and sales, with hands-on paid training provided. Pay & Benefits $22.00/hour starting, reviewed after 3 months based on performanceCommission and bonus opportunities once accounts are established401(k) available after 3 months5 sick days and 5 PTO days after 3 monthsMileage reimbursed for business useWhat You'll Do Design kitchens, baths, and other spaces using 2020 CAD Design (AKA Design Flex by Cyncly)Budget, price, and bid cabinet designsMeet with clients in the showroom and on job sites to review design options and revisionsPerform field measuring and layoutsOrder cabinets and accessoriesCoordinate with installers and vendors to resolve field issuesPrepare installation layouts for installersInspect completed jobs and order service partsTrack job status using our proprietary softwareRequired Qualifications Reliable transportationStrong attention to detail on multi-step projectsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Windows PC and Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications (training provided if you don't have these yet) Experience with 2020 Design software (AKA Design Flex by Cyncly)Previous experience in kitchen/bath design, cabinetry, or salesApply today to start your career in kitchen and bath design — full training provided!
