Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Principal and Senior Designers and be involved in all aspects of our residential projects. Responsibilities include: Attending and assisting with client meetings, with opportunities to lead meetingsCreating room layouts and elevation drawingsSourcing materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessoriesPreparing client presentationsCreating and reviewing finish schedulesCorresponding with vendors on custom pieces and pricingAssisting with project installationsOrganizing samples and maintaining the design roomFilling the gaps wherever needed to help the team and our projects succeed Qualifications1–2+ years of experience working in the design fieldProficiency in AutoCADStrong written and verbal communication skillsExtremely detail-orientedSelf-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be assigned every taskComfortable working both collaboratively and independentlyAble to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentFull-time availability, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMAbility to travel as needed (less than 25%)Reliable transportation to client projects throughout the Austin area What We OfferCompetitive payPerformance-based bonusesPaid time offRetirement plan with company matchA collaborative environment where you can make an impact and grow with the firm
