Junior Interior Designer/Project Manager

A luxury residential interior design firm in Boston is seeking a talented and highly organized Junior Interior Designer / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple high-end residential interior design projects from concept through installation while collaborating closely with the Principal and design team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, design, communication, organizational, and project management skills. Responsibilities Oversee multiple projects of varying size and complexity while working with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.Manage residential interior design projects in developing design concepts, furniture, lighting, color palettes, and material selections. Create and maintain project timelines, proposals, and purchase orders.Coordinate with contractors and vendors; manage procurement, order tracking, and installation schedules. Oversee project construction administration and installations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related design field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and a refined design aesthetic.Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.Proficiency in Vectorworks, Adobe Photoshop, Designer Advantage, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
