Junior Interior Designer - 1-3 Years Experience

About the position The Junior Interior Designer position at Cass Calder Smith Architecture + Interiors is an entry-level role designed for candidates with 1-3 years of experience. Responsibilities • Assist in developing FF&E schemes and maintaining FF&E budgets. , • Produce specifications for projects. , • Assist in creating ID construction documents. , • Create 3D renderings using SketchUp. , • Develop outstanding graphics and presentation boards. , • Participate in all phases from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. Requirements • 1-3 years of experience in interior design or related field. , • Excellent interior architecture and strong detailing skills. , • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. , • Ability to work closely with Design Principal and Interior Design Director. , • Outstanding graphics skills and ability to create presentation boards. , • Experience with residential, restaurant, and/or hospitality projects is a plus. Nice-to-haves • Experience in creating 3D renderings using SketchUp. , • Familiarity with PC platform.
