A bit about the role and what you will be doing You will assist the design team in a range of hands-on tasks. Expect to help develop design concepts and presentations, produce detailed architectural drawings and plans, and collaborate with designers to refine solutions. There will be site-related tasks too: conducting site visits and assisting in site measurements, supporting preparation of project documentation and reports, and participating in client meetings and presentations. You will also research and source materials and furnishings to support projects. Examples of typical activities include: - Assist in developing design concepts and presentations. - Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans. - Collaborate with the design team to refine and improve design solutions. - Conduct site visits and assist in site measurements. - Support the preparation of project documentation and reports. - Participate in client meetings and presentations. - Research and source materials and furnishings. Who we are looking for The role is open to students: Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design or Architecture. You should demonstrate proficiency in design software (e.g., Auto. CAD, Sketch. Up, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) and have a strong understanding of design principles and interior architecture. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are important, as is the ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines. We look for attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
