Intermediate Designer

We're looking for a thoughtful, skilled designer who can move fluidly between interior design and architectural drafting. You'll work directly alongside our founder and creative director on a range of projects, from detailed space planning and design development to construction documents and client presentations. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, not just support work. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop interior design concepts and design packages from schematic through construction documentsProduce accurate architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and detailsSource and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and FF&EPrepare client‑facing presentation materials with a strong visual eyeCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout constructionSupport permitting submissions and planning documentationManage project files and stay organized across multiple active projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
