Interiors Installer

Location: Cincinnati, OH Company: Planes Companies Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $25–$27 per hour About The Role Planes Companies is seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll install interior finishes and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) treatments according to project specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Interpret and install interiors and FF&E treatments per specifications, blueprints, and job orders.Problem-solve and troubleshoot for the most effective and aesthetic installation methods.Complete project paperwork accurately and on time.Follow company policies and safety requirements.Communicate promptly about potential issues affecting operations.Maintain positive relationships with supervisors, team members, contractors, and customers.Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and willingness to improve job-related skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.1–3 years of installation experience with related work.Ability to read and interpret documents and blueprints.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Customer service mindset and ability to meet deadlines.Valid driver’s license required. Job Conditions Travel required—approximately 50% overnight, out of state.Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.Regular standing, lifting, climbing, kneeling, and reaching.Ability to work at variable heights (ladders, scaffolds, lifts).Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
