Interiors Fall Co-Op

We are seeking a creative, thoughtful, organized, and self-motivated individual who can contribute to Moody Nolan’s Interior Design process and assist our Studios in delivering spaces that perform and inspire for our clients. This is a paid internship that will run from early Fall through the end of the year. Responsibilities: • 3D modeling and rendering • Coordination with internal and external designers, architects, project managers, consultants and contractors • Construction documentation • Graphic and presentation support • Construction administration support Qualifications: • Attained/working towards Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design • High proficiency in SketchUp • High proficiency in Revit • Proficiency of Adobe Suite Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) • Proficiency of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Strong understanding of architectural drafting, modeling and documentation • Strong communication skills (visual, written and verbal) • Ability to multi-task and establish priorities • Must possess good time management skills Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
