We are seeking an Interior / Architectural Designer II to join our collaborative team and help develop innovative workplace environments for a diverse portfolio of commercial office clients. What You'll Do
As an Interior / Architectural Designer II, you will assist in the development and execution of commercial interior design projects from concept through construction documentation.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative and functional interior design solutions that align with client goals and project requirements.Create space plans and layouts that enhance workplace productivity, employee experience, and overall functionality.Assist Lead Designers and Project Managers in translating client visions into successful design solutions.Select and coordinate colors, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials.Produce design presentations, renderings, and project documentation.Prepare pricing plans and construction documents.Utilize industry-standard design software including Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.Develop knowledge of building codes, ADA/TAS requirements, and BOMA standards.Coordinate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field.2-5 years of professional interior design or architectural design experience.Experience working on commercial office, workplace, or corporate interior projects requiredProficiency with Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong space planning and design development skills.Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.Preferred:
Familiarity with building codes, ADA/TAS requirements, and BOMA standards.Experience preparing construction documents and design presentations.What We Offer
