We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Designer/Project Manager with a strong background in workplace and commercial interiors. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from conception through completion. As part of a global firm with a single profit center, travel across the United States will be another exciting aspect of this role. Qualifications: Degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field Workplace and commercial interiors Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Project). CPHD, LEED and/or WELL accreditations, progress toward licensure (NCIDQ) are a plus Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and project requirements, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions. Oversee all phases of project development, including conceptual design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, designers, consultants, and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning laws, and regulations. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and securing repeat business.
